The successful candidate will contribute to exciting and high-profile projects with renowned architectural clients and design professionals and will demonstrate strong communication and BIM technology skills. The successful candidate should understand engineering techniques, the rationale behind design decisions, and their application through BIM processes.

Responsibilities

  • Create 3D models for use in analysis and documentation
  • Document and annotate 2D plans, sections, and details generated from 3D models
  • Coordinate models & workflow between members of the design team
  • Contribute to project-specific QA/QC efforts
  • Work as a member of a BIM team, reporting to a BIM Manager

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of work-related experience or specialized training in Autodesk Revit

The Role

This is a full-time position based in Washington, DC, but will require collaboration between our offices in New York and Boston. The Marketing Manager will support the marketing efforts of the Washington, DC, office. We are looking for a team player who can also work independently in a deadline-driven environment. Candidates must be curious, organized, and able to communicate clearly with colleagues and potential clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the marketing activities of the Washington, DC, office, with the support of a full-time Marketing Coordinator
  • Support business development efforts of senior technical staff
  • Document and track project opportunities using Cosential CRM
  • Evaluate and prepare responses to RFPs and RFQs, often on tight deadlines
  • Liaise with clients and technical staff to coordinate proposals
  • Update and maintain firm and project information to create marketing materials such as resumes and project sheets
  • Maintain the department deadline calendar

Requirements and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in a professional environment (architecture or engineering preferred)
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (primarily InDesign and Acrobat)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Familiarity with CRM software/tools a plus
