RSA currently holds a 5-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract with The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, DC. Work currently includes the development of a 10 year capital master plan for the facility, the peer review of a major renovation to the Opera House, the curtain wall upgrade, and the fire-life safety upgrades.
