This is a complete adaptive reuse and gut renovation of an old vaudeville theater and three adjacent buildings. The worship area seats 3,200 people. The old theater that was painstakingly restored includes state-of-the-art designed acoustics. The renowned 250-voice Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir sings and records using newly installed high-tech recording equipment. In addition, there are offices; classrooms; community service areas; dining facilities; etc.

Structural challenges included unifying the different exteriors and interiors of the four buildings to become a harmonious complex and included two new entrance lobbies, new facades, technical and mechanical upgrades and renovations to meet programming requirements.
