Pat Arnett joined Silman in 1999 and was named a Principal of the firm in 2017. His projects range from adaptive reuse to new construction, working for both institutional and corporate clients. Pat has been a studio consultant for the Rice School of Architecture since 2011 and has been an adjunct professor at Columbia University since 2013.  He is currently a professional mentor for the Engineers without Borders Manhattan College chapter and was formerly the mentor for Princeton University. Some of Pat’s notable projects include the Siebel Center for Design at the University of Illinois and the Empire Stores renovation and redevelopment in Brooklyn, NY.
