Dan Cuoco is an Associate and co-leader of a 13-person studio. Since joining the firm in 2000, Dan’s experience has spanned a wide range of project types that have included work with higher education and K-12 institutions, in addition to corporate and hospitality clients. He is well-versed in design requirements for new construction, renovation, and restoration projects.
In his time with the firm, Dan has worked on the renovation of BLDG 92 at the Brooklyn Navy Yard in Brooklyn, NY; the shoring and stabilization of historic Iglesia San Jose in San Juan, Puerto Rico; the new LeFrak Center at Lakeside in Prospect Park, Brooklyn, NY; and Danny Meyer’s Manhatta restaurant and event space located on the 60th floor of 28 Liberty Place in New York, NY.
A few projects Dan is currently managing include the renovation of McGraw Hall at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY; the new Residential Colleges at Princeton University in Princeton, NJ; and the renovation of the Lawrence and Eris Field Building for Baruch College in New York, NY.
