Graham Seward began his career at Silman in 2008 in the New York City office, moved to the Boston office in 2014, and was promoted to Associate in 2019. Graham has worked on and managed projects ranging in size and complexity such as tenant fit-outs, private residences, and large institutional buildings. His projects have covered the spectrum from new construction to renovations and adaptive reuse, and he has experience with all common building materials – typically steel, concrete, masonry, and timber.
Notable projects that Graham has worked on include the National Museum of African American History and Culture in Washington, DC; the Lefrak Center at Lakeside in Prospect Park, Brooklyn, NY; and the Brooklyn Academy of Music Fisher Building in Brooklyn, NY.
Since 2012, Graham has shared his knowledge and expertise with emerging engineers and architects. For two years he was an adjunct assistant professor at the New York Institute of Technology (NYIT), and more recently he has been a Design Reviewer at MIT and Harvard GSD.
