Tim Bowden has been a structural engineer with Silman since 2010. His project experience encompasses a range from complex adaptive reuse to new construction.
A few of Tim’s recently completed/current projects include Art Place at Fort Totten, a full city block mixed use development of a approximately 1 million sf near the Fort Totten Metro Station; Reunion Square, a new mixed-use development in southeast Washington DC, which will include affordable housing for seniors, retail, and spaces for local businesses; and the historic renovation of Michigan Central Station, a 640,000 sf, 18-story, Beaux-Arts building in Detroit, MI.
