Located at a busy intersection within Manhattan’s NoHo neighborhood, this new 12-story luxury condominium complex has 61 units ranging from one to five bedrooms. General building amenities include a 57-foot indoor swimming pool and a 5,600 sf rear courtyard garden.
Silman’s work involved coordinating typical high-end details such as terrace setbacks, window deflection heads, and landscape loading for the rear terraces.
