The existing main house was redesigned to open up space throughout the home, removing several walls and re-framing the upper floor. This required analysis of the two irregularly shaped brick fireplaces as part of the lateral system of the house.
This new wellness retreat updates and complements an existing 1961 single family residence located on a 27-acre lakefront property. New spaces include a generously sized studio, four bedrooms, spa, 1,000 sf indoor pool, gym, and indoor theater. The house’s new addition also features a green roof.
