This phased renovation of 18-story, 1940s former munitions depot created rental space for manufacturing and tech companies as well as the new headquarters for the Brooklyn Navy Yard’s Employment Center.
New tenants include a brewery and several design studios. The anchor tenant is Russ & Daughters, a family owned and operated purveyor of baked goods and specialty foods.
Since many of the lower warehouse floors were initially windowless, Phase I of the renovation included roof and window replacement. This phase also included the addition of a new north entrance, two new passenger elevators, and facade repairs.

Phase II addressed MEP, HVAC, and water and sewer systems, and Phase III converted several vacant warehouse floors (3-9) into offices and light industrial space.
