Following an existing conditions assessment, Silman is undertaking an exterior renovation project for Stuart Hall, a late 19th century building that is the main classroom building for Princeton Theological Seminary.
Anticipated work includes the repair of single- and double-windowed gables, finials on each of the gables, and two chimneys. There will also be a new internal support structure for the new cornice and eave gutter system designed by the architect. The north porch steps and the stone tracery openings at the large second story windows will be reconstructed.
